I Survived an Drunken Irish Flash Mob

Saturday I have the privilege of again playing with Jeff Eager, Chris Caddell, and Ed Mortenson. After our success at the Hideout it was nice to play with them again. This time it was at the Rose and Crown. Though I generally like the Rose and Crown, tonight was different. There was an Irish ugly Christmas sweater flash mob going on and when Tricia and I arrived at 9:30 to set up, the place was jammed and everyone was plastered.

Then I found out I had to play the first set turned off because of some stupid rule over there which states that basses can't play until 12:15 or some crap like that now. I just played without sound because the place was too drunk to know what was going on anyway.

Once we got going as per what should be expected, we played great. Here's a shot video that Tricia shot, produced, and directed of the band playing Miss You by the Rolling Stones. It features the highlight of the night, a double guitar solo by Jeff and Chris, enjoy.
